Pool Time Fun

Last week we got to go to mommy's friend tammy's house to swim in their backyard. We had to go at 9 in the morning so the sun was not to hot on my skin. Here I am playing outside of the pool area, drying off.


I was not too sure about such a big body of water, so I held tightly to mom the entire time.

Water Fun

Mommy and daddy got me a little pool for the back porch that I can play in after supper when it is cooler out (105) Daddy let me play with the hose too as the pool filled up! I had sooo much fun until....

I went poo poo in my diaper, so mommy took my diaper off outside and I got to run around naked for awhile! That was even more fun. Mommy took this picture through the glass door, so it is sort of blurry.

Mommy and I are getting very creative about indoor activities! Today I got to play in a sink full of water with my toothbrush.

Even better, it was in front of the mirror!

Today we also went to the puppet show at the Library, but mommy forgot the camera.

Bright and Early at the Park

We went to the park this morning at 8am because it was already 90 degrees outside. Mommy says the only way we get to play outside from now on is right after breakfast or before bed. I'm glad we hurried to get ready though, I had a fun time.Burying mommy's feet.

Bever Park

On Saturday before we left Iowa we went to the Bever park zoo in Cedar Rapids. I had so much fun there. Here I am looking at a duck with GrandmaEver since my trip to Iowa, I LOVE tractors!

Car Ride Fun

On vacation I seemed to spend quite a bit of time in my car seat, so daddy decided to make me laugh.

Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge

On Thursday Grandma took us to the prairie! There were so many stuffed animals inside, here I am with a buffalo! Outside it was just green grass for miles and miles! (It was very windy that day)
This is as close as we got to actual real life buffalos:( They didn't want to come see us.

So Much Fun

As you all know playing outside is my favorite, but playing outside with a dog is even better.

A Day with Aunt Ashley

Last Wed we went to ISU to visit my Aunt Ashley. She got me this awesome phone when we went to Wal Mart it is definitely my new favorite toy. It just might pop up in more pictures on the blog.Here we are on the huge lawn in the middle of ISU Campus.
It is so green here and so much grass! I was such a big boy and walked almost the ENTIRE tour given by Aunt Ashley. I walked all the way across this huge ocean of grass all by myself! I am such a big boy now.
Here I am very tired and sick of getting my picture taken. At least Ashley, Earl, and Grandma look good.
I'm ready to ride for awhile. That was a LONG walk. I had a great time with Aunt Ashley. Oh and I forgot to mention we went to the restaurant Hickory Park and I got my own ice cream!!! I LOVE ice cream.

Big Dogs

My special sit on head move I also use with Pres, this giant dog. He lets me climb all over him, it is so fun to play with him.This is me trying to pet Lucy. She would rather me pet Pres.

Real Fish!

Today me, daddy and mommy got to go fishing and I got to touch real live fish. Everyone knows my favorite snack is gold fish, but to touch real fish was way better! Every fish daddy caught I HAD to touch. One time he forgot to let me touch it and I was pretty upset. Luckily daddy was having good luck today and I got to pet LOTS of fish. Grandpa says we get to eat the fish tomorrow night. YUM.Wow, dad you are AMAZING at catching fish.
Mommy taught me how to pick the grass and put it in my mouth. That is what cool fishermen do.
This grass is taller than me, so mommy had to carry me around to get from one fishing spot to the next, but I did not mind.
I even got to put my hand in a few fish mouths and touch their tongues. It was a great day today.

Red Rock Dam

Yesterday we got to for a walk down by Red Rock Dam. It was so pretty. I had to ride in the stroller most of the way because of all the poison ivy. I not sure what I think about that stuff at least in zona I know if something is going to hurt me or not.

Here is our beautiful family.When I did get to walk I need to make sure I was carrying the camera case (no camera of course). I like to wear it around my neck or use it as a swinging weapon.

Hoke Family

Thursday we drove down to see the other side of the Family. Here we all are out to dinner. Notice who is at the head of the table...I know this picture is kind of dark, but Aunt Abbie and I like to stick our tongues out at each other. This is us on the way to Des Moines for lunch and shopping.
