Easter with Family

After church and my easter basket we got to go to my great Grandma and Grandpa H's house for lunch. I got to play with my cousins (well technically they are my mom's cousins, but it all gets a little confusing so I just say they are my cousins)

My favorite toy for the day was definitely the tool bench in this picture. Nicole, you are so good at getting those pegs in...

Dinner Time! I LOVED Great Grandpa's potatoes that he cooked on the grill. I ate three helpings of them and nothing else! Mom says that maybe grandpa will cook them for me when I go to IA this summer. I sure hope so!

Easter Basket!!

Here I am looking through my Easter basket. First of all it was easy to find because the Easter bunny just put it in the middle of the floor. After I found it I sat down on my chair and proceeded to:

Throw out the eggs... Hmm...what is this?
I think I need to throw that on the ground as well...
Wow! Easter is Great. You just get to make one big mess. My favorite!

3 Generations at the Zoo

Last Tuesday daddy had to go back to work, but we all went to the zoo. Even my Great Grandparents came! We had such a fun day and saw lots of cool animals.

Cleaning up the Backyard

Daddy took last Monday off of work and Grandpa and Uncle Eric helped to clean up the back yard. Of course I helped too!Grandma and Grandpa got me my own tool set! I love it. The first thing I did was take the pliers and start pruning the plants...(You'd never guess my dad is a biologist!)
Here I am using my new tools to help dad make his newest patch of garden.

This time after I practice throwing I am so excited I start to dance!

Break Time

Half way through our hike I get to play in the wash. One of my favorite things to do is practice my throwing skills, so here I am throwing rocks into the brush and cracking myself up as well.

Family Time

My Uncle Eric and Grandma and Grandpa came to visit me this past weekend. Sunday we went on a hike to see what is left of the desert blooming. Here I am with Uncle Eric.Uncle Eric was by far my favorite, whenever he left the room I got really upset. He took good care of me all weekend and fed me my most recent favorite, grapes.
I'm such a big boy now!

I LOVE sweet potatoes

Last Wed. we went to the downtown farmers market and what I got was this organic sweet potato! It was so big I am still eating it this week for my veggies... mmm mmm good

Sharing my tent

Thursday Nolan got to come over and Play while his mommy got her hair cut. We Love to play in the tent and I am trying to learn how to share.We Have so much fun together.

Hiking in action

Today we went on a hike in the desert and this time I got to hike all by myself.Hey dad, wait up...
Wow, aren't the flowers beautiful. Every time I saw a cactus I said Ow. Because I know if you touch those it hurts.

Newest signs

My newest signs are hot and cold. You will see me do both, cold is supposed to be like shivering, but instead I clench my fist and tighten up my whole face! It is great fun.

My personal Library

One of my favorite things to do now is to take all my books off my book shelf and put them in my tent. Then I sit in there and read! I love having my own space.

Daddy and Me time

Mommy had a meeting tonight, so daddy and I got to have some fun. This is me trying to climb into the bath after I took off my own diaper. I LOVE the bath!

Mommy's new hair cut

Mommy got a new hair cut last week, and has had lots of requests to show everyone, so here it is...I wasn't quite sure about the hair on her forehead at first, but I am used to it now.

Desert in Bloom

Daddy went hiking this weekend and this is what he saw. Mommy thought everyone in the midwest would enjoy some pictures of spring!




Daddy told me this is the first time in three years the desert has bloomed, it is so pretty.

Saturday World Cultural Fair

Saturday we got to hang out with Jonathan, Josiah and our mommies and daddies. There was a world Cultural Fair downtown where we got to learn lots about other countries, but the most fun was the bouncer. This is my first experience on one of those....It was so much fun.Josiah....Jonathan...where are you??

Friday at the Zoo!

This time when we went to the zoo our mommies AND daddies got to come, it was such a great day. Here I am on a tractor just my size. They have John Deere in AZ too!
