Fun at the Botanical Garden

Yesterday me, mommy, Nolan and his mommy took a whole day trip. We started with going to breakfast with Nolan's Grandma and great-grandparents and then we went to the botanical gardens.
The trip started out GREAT mommy and Miss Christine were listening to the tour guide, so I got to play in the dirt! Mommy had just put sunscreen on me, so the dirt stuck all over. It was Awesome!

The tour guide told us that these cacti are not actually Sagauro , the are Cardon's from Mexico their arms come out of the bottom and not the top or middle.

Yes, that is LOTS of dirt on my face!

This is Nolan and I resting a bit in the shade. It was a hot day!

Helping Daddy Research

Saturday mommy and I got to go with Daddy to his research site and help him collect data. I had such a great time! I loved playing in the dry wash. I also like to drink out of daddy's Camelback, I am pretty good at getting water out of it. The dry wash is like sand, and we had fun digging holes and burying rocks in it.

And, yes I'm sure that I ingested some things mommy would have preferred I not!

check out the Chang's

If you want to see more pictures of the pumpkin patch check out the blog of chang on our sidebar!

Petting Zoo

At the pumpkin patch there was a petting zoo! I really wanted to touch the animals.

Here little goat goat. Daddy put me down into the petting zoo, and I was so excited I ran right out into the middle so daddy couldn't reach me unless he climbed in too! I love animals.

Please look at the camer

Here we are 'posing' in the pumpkin patch. All of us thought the hay or pumpkins was much more appealing than smiling for the camera.
Two out of three...not bad

Jonathan! Where are you going??

The Pumpkin Patch

Last Friday we went to the Pumpkin Patch and the Botanical Gardens with my friends Jonathan and Josiah and their mommy and Grandma

Here we are on the hay rack ride out to the pumpkin Patch. It was the first time I've ever seen a tractor.
Hmm...should i get this pumpkin mommy??

Maybe this one?

I think I'd rather just play with the hay.

It's me

Here I am eating some toast., mommy thought it was a cute picture.
Here I am lounging in the clean towels I threw all over the floor. I love to play with a laundry basket of clean clothes (well dirty ones work just as well too) Now, the shirt I am wearing does say take a hike, but what you can't quite make out in the picture is that there is a big bootprint on the shirt. Aunt Abbie got it for me because she knows how much daddy and I like to hike.

I am also getting big enough for my own Nalgene bottle! Thanks again Aunt Abbie!

SLEEPY HEAD

This is me in my cool footy pj's from grandma Haberkorn.
Yes, I am still sucking on my pacifier occasionally, but in this picture it is because my gums and teeth hurt so bad and my pacer made it feel better. I know have THREE teeth!!!

Uncle Eric's Senior Pics

Here are some of my uncle Eric's Senior Pictures. He'll be graduating this May!

I know I'm not supposed to touch that!

As you notice I was trying to play with the electronics! But I was caught red handed. I am walking so well now, I barely every crawl anymore!

Fast Walker

I have some mad walking skills!

Loud Babbling

Here, mommy is trying to get me to walk for the camera, however, I much prefer to play in the clean clothes (one of my favorite past times), eat my toast, and talk with my mouth full!

The Tundra

Mommy wanted to see Fall for her birthday. She wanted to see the leaves changing color, so we drove up to Flagstaff (mommy calls it the Tundra because it is so cold) and we got to see some beautiful ash trees! The only problem was it was at the very top of a mountain, and VERY windy and about 50 degrees. As you can tell in the picture mommy and daddy did not dress accordingly, so we only got to run out of the car and take a few pictures and run back into the car to warm up. BRRRR... Luckily I had a jacket.

Happy birthday mommy! I love you:)

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated mommy's birthday on Friday by going up North for a day trip. Here is daddy and I at one of the best petroglyph sites in the nation. All those markings were made from Indians a Long time ago. As you can see I just want to play with the rope!
We had a delicious picnic lunch, and if you click on this picture to make it bigger you can see my tooth! Mommy can still see three more just under the surface ready to poke out, and one that should come out any day now. (yes that is dirt on my mouth! I had some of that for lunch too:)

This was my first opportunity to play in a trout stream, yes there were trout in it! I had so much fun. We were at a place called Beaver Creek.

the water is cold, but I love it!

This picture is a bit out of order, but after our time at Beaver Creek, I was very tired, so mommy and daddy decided to let me nap while we drove even further up north to Flagstaff. (I am finally over 20 pounds so my car seat can face front now! I LOVE looking out the windshield)

More pictures of the Petroglyphs by beaver creek

Mommy let me have some strawberries at our picnic, and I just loved them.

Daddy let me play with a Sycamore leaf! They are HUGE!

Play Time!

Everyone came over to my house yesterday and we had so much fun! Johnathan wanted to keep his sunglasses on, until Nolan and I told him we never keep ours on, because it makes our mommies very frustrated.

What did you find?

You might not be able to tell, but I just pushed Josiah down, look at my face of innocence, I really have that face perfected.

mmm Ms Christine your toys taste yummy, Hey help me get up on this couch please.

Over all we did have a great time, I am proud to say that I got my first bite, yes one of my friends bit me, but I was tough and mommy gave me and ice pack. She wanted me to put it on my owy, but I just wanted to suck on it!

Playing Outside!

Daddy cleaned off the back porch for me so I would have a place to play outside! I sure do love playing outside!

Mmm this mop tastes good...

Daddy, I'll help you sweep.

I guess I would just rather practice my bow staff skills...Watch out!
Hi yah! Don't worry mommy and daddy I am protecting the porch!
