Yesterday after Isaac helped daddy in the backyard we all went for a walk down the street to get the mail. You can see how much Isaac got into helping make the mud by checking out his face:)
Unlike Isaac when he was a baby, Anna actually seems to like being in a moving car or stroller. She tends to just fall asleep.
Daddy is making a porch in our backyard under the tree so we can sit out in the shade. In order to make this porch we have to make mud to stick the flagstone into. I LOVE helping daddy with this project!!!
Here is Anna getting a Sponge bath today (yes that is right I am actually posting something that happened today!) She didn't mind that much.

Yesterday our friends from Winslow came down to meet baby Anna. Here are the dad's with the newest additions to the family. Samuel is 2 months old and is their third. Anna was 4 days old. What good daddy's! Isaac got to play with their other kiddos Natalie and Jack and had a BLAST.
Daddy has been wonderful!!! He is just a great daddy making sure mommy has enough rest and taking care of the kids. Here is baby Anna in a dress I thought there was so tiny there was no way any baby would fit into it, and guess what? It is one of the only things that fits her now:) I forget how small they come. Thank you Auntie Pam for the cute new born outfit.
Isaac holding baby sister before bed. You can still see her band-aids on her heals from all the blood draws. She also got bruising on each of her little hands from the blood they had to take to check her jaundice levels in the hospital.

Wed. Isaac and daddy came to pick us up to go home.

Well, as it turned out, Anna had a bad case of Jaundice and had to be admitted to the Nursury at the hospital and Mommy got discharged. It was very hard on the entire family. Anna had to have triple light therapy and be fed tons of fluid to get her billi levels down. She finally got to come home on Thursday afternoon. So we have been home now all together for a couple of days.
This is the first time I got to see my baby sister!!! I was not sure what to think, but was very gentle with her. Jonathan and Josiah were so excited to meet her too.

Anna Elizabeth 7 pounds 7 oz 18 and a half inches long 10:30 at night on June 22nd.
Daddy and I cleaned the red car so baby Anna would have a clean car to come home to, but when we were done with that I decided the Corolla needed some cleaning too!
Since I was not there, we will let mommy talk about the shower...
