Whew

I know I just posted a ton, but now everyone is caught up on our life. My next couple of days will be getting ready for our trip and then to Iowa we come!!! So we will get to see a lot of you blog followers soon!

Anna's boyfriend

The changs came over for one last play date before our trip to Iowa! Here is Anna and Elijah! They are sooo cute!
We asked Jonathan to get Elijah to look at the camera and we meant to have him sit over by the camera and smile but he chose to just push Elijah's face toward the camera:) Guess that works too.

Too Cute to Handle!!

Anna loves her diaper changes normally, but now she REALLY loves them because she has discovered that she can almost get her foot into her mouth! Yum:)

Great G'ma and G'pa Grotegut

Grandma and Grandpa are snowbirds here in AZ so they came over this weekend to meet their newest great grandbaby for the first time!

Isaac being a typical three year old who is sick of getting his picture taken, but I think it is cute how though he looks like he is being naughty he is still snuggling against Rollie:)

HO HO HO

We went to the local elementary school with our neighbors for their festival party. Isaac was too scared to get on santa's lap but was plenty brave enough to ask where his presents were:)

Fun at the Ranch!

We all got to help feed the horses and hang out at the Ranch after Uncle Ernie's b-day celebration.

Isaac LOVED helping. His favorite is probably feeding the goat:)

Momma and Anna

Happy Birthday Uncle Ernie!!

Below: Uncle Ernie teaching Isaac it is OK to lick the frosting off of the cake!
Isaac Loves helping blow out candles!!

Surprise Christmas Party!

The city of Surprise had their annual Christmas party! The Kids LOVE to be so close to the balloons as they are lighting up.

Below you can see everyone's true colors shining through. The twins all cute and smiling, Isaac not even ale to contain his excitement...Nice:)
Anna was a great baby girl as always.
She is just so stinkin' cute!
Who doesn't want a cotton candy that is half your size??

Potty Training!!!

Apparently if you are a boy it is WAY more awesome to pee outside! So Isaac began his potty training journey running outside every time it was TIME. Now it is mostly too cold (yes it does get cold here) and he is doing a great job! Still a little shakey on the whole poo thing but other than that doing awesome! He is such a big boy!!

Only in Arizona;)

Swimming after Thanksgiving dinner!!! Isaac had a blast! Aunt Cindy's pool was heated to 93 and has a big first step that Isaac can play on. He never stopped moving!!! Or should I say 'swimming'.

Here is anna being held by mommy. She did very well all day letting other people hold her, but by bedtime only mommy would do:)

I did not take enough pictures this year. We celebrated with Uncle Bill, aunt cindy, cousin Nicole and Jennifer, Aunt Becky and Drew, cousin Milo, Aunt Bonnie, Grandma Mary and Grandpa Larry, and Great Aunt Karen and Mike!!! What a full house we had such a great time. Much to be thankful for!

Bounce House Fun!!!

I think the boys are having fun at the party!!! Love the action shots.
I told them to hug for a picture...It ended up being a tackle! Good times.
Mommy even jumped too! What a leg work out.

Nolan is 3!!!!

Here we are at Nolan's Spiderman b-day!! Anna being held by Nolan's Great-Grandma Rose.

Time to blow out the candle...Birthday boy needs to be quick or Isaac will help out!!
ALl the kiddos! Bottom row L-R Jonathan, Isaac, Nolan, Josiah. Top Row Nolan's cousin Abby and Lauren.

Christmas in November

I had to have Anna wear this cute little Christmas outfit last month because now she has outgrown it! She is now exclusively in 3-6 months and 6 month clothes! She is growing quickly and now can roll to get anywhere she wants. She is a very HAPPY baby at 5 months of age. She often is laughing and wakes up cooing and talking a lot of the time. She is such a joy!

Cookies!!

Last month some time Isaac found all my cookie cutters and decided he wanted to make cookies! I though it was a great idea! He cut Them all our by himself. He has had lots of practice using cutters with his play dough:) He did a great job and the cookies were delicious!

Live Action HIking

Isaac really enjoys being outside as you can tell from these clips! The middle clip is him getting mad at daddy for video taping him when he has a cactus spine in his finger. He was fine once we pulled it out as you can see in the last video. Cacti are just a part of hiking around here!

Anna's First hike!!

This hike was sometime in early November. (hence the shorts and t-shirts, we are now bundled up)

Anna, so cute! She certainly enjoys being outside.

What a BIG BOY!!!
Rest time!

Locks of Love

Today I donated my hair to Locks of Love. The hair is used for wigs for children who loose their hair due to chemo or various illnesses.

I donated 11 inches!!! Here is the photo journey: Above is Before.

Getting my hair washed.
Prepping for the chop.
The chop...(Actually it took many cuts to cut through my very thick hair)
EEK... It is so short, but feels sooo good.
The braid that I will send in to Locks of Love
Almost Done
The finished product! YEAH. I should have taken a pic of the back it is way cute and SHORT. Jen got her hair cut too and our friend Donna came with. What great Moral supports to have during what could have been a traumatizing experience. But thanks to Diana (the stylist) It was a great experience.
What a fun time!
