Just like mommy

Yesterday I decided to pretend I was puking like mommy. I would 'cough' into the toilet then shut the lid and then do it all over again. I don't know why mommy pukes all the time, but I thought I should try it in case it was because it is fun!

Pacifier Please!!!

Here I am trying to get my pacifier out of my crib. You can here me grunting and straining. I am really using my critical thinking skills...

I got into mommy's jewlery box the other day! Here I am wearing ALL her bracelets at once! I thought it was so fun to put them on and take them off.

Hudini the bird

Our bird can get out of his cage whenever he would like. Here he is sitting in our tree in the kitchen. If we all go to the living room he will fly in there and be with us:) He does fly back into his cage now, which is way easier than trying to catch him.

We did get a new cage that he can not escape from, so we think his Hudini days are over, but we may let him out to fly around ever now and then...

I'm going to be a big Brother!!!!

So, mommy says there is a baby in her tummy now! I'm not sure what I think about that. All i know is that she is sick all the time and that is why she can't help me update the blog as often. I am a big help to mommmy, I will get her a blanket if she needs it or just cuddle by her when she is not feeling well. Mommy says she should be feeling better soon, I sure hope so...

Nolan's TWO!!

Friday we went to Nolan's for his birthday party but mommy forgot the camera:( Check out the blog of chang on the side bar and you can see my with frosting all over my face! My favorite!!

Christmas Tree!!!!

Last night Gavin and I helped mommy and daddy put up the Christmas Tree!!! Mommy says we are putting it up early because we are leaving for Iowa in December and we wouldn't have long to enjoy our decorations.
We helped by making sure the tree box was nice and sturdy and not ready to fall apart.
If you are wondering why we have no clothes on it is because we were playing outside in the water and they were all soaking wet! Plus it is fun to run around with out a shirt on.
When mommy or daddy asks me why we celebrate Christmas I say 'baby Jesus' I also know that it is baby Jesus in the nativities mommy has around the house.

Prescott

Saturday we got to go up North to enjoy the cool weather! We were trying to take our pictures for the Christmas cards. I think I only looked at the camera once, and then I decided that was enough of that...



I loved exploring the new nature setting. I was touching all the trees and plants. They are a lot more friendly up North:)

Yeah! Hiking!!

The weather is finally so nice here we can go hiking again! Tuesday Daddy had the day off so we all went for a hike! I had to put my hat on just like daddy's!

Since I am walking the whole way now, I needed to sit down for a little rest and explore my surroundings.
On this trip mommy taught me that I can put the rocks I find in my pocket! How AWESOME. Mommy had to take them out before I went to bed that night. What a way to store my rock collections.

Monday Play Group + 1

So now that mommy watches Gavin, Monday Play group has become 5!!! Mommy was pretty proud of herself that she got all five of us in one shot, however we were all in the tent at the same time and enjoyed watching mommy scramble for the camera and as soon as she got it quickly exited the tent. It is one of our favorite games to watch our mommy's run for the camera and then move! I am so thankful My Great Grandma got me this tent when I was little, I use it EVERY DAy! Thanks so much! See you at Thanksgiving!

Last Friday mommy took Gavin and I to the park by our house. We had a fun time even thought I do not look like it. Above I am angry because I am just realizing why mommy kept telling me not to dump out all my water on the way to the park. In that pic I am very thirsty and there is no water left:(

Escape!

Last weekend we came home from a day with Aunt Bonnie and Uncle Ernie, and while we were eating supper suddenly realized that the bird was GONE! Not in his cage at all. We looked all over for him and thought maybe he flew out the door because we had the door open.

But when mommy and daddy were putting me to bed we found it! He was on my fan! It was so funny watching daddy try to catch the bird. Finally he used a blanket as a net, and the birdie is now safe back in his cage and has not yet escaped again!

Trick or Treat!

We started the evening out playing with Nolan and his cousins in his backyard, then we got to eat hotdogs! Yum, my favorite. Then it was costume time!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Thursday was Daddy's Birthday! I helped mommy make his favorite, apple pie! and then mommy let me stay up late and wait until he got home so we could sing him happy birthday. The big red card is from me. I decorated the outside and inside.
Grandma got daddy a new food processor for his birthday so now he can make BIG batches of salsa and hummus. Here he is using it for the first time. Yummy Hummus!

Fun Farm

Last Saturday we got to go to the fun farm with Uncle Bill, Aunt cindy, Nicole, Jennifer, Grandma, Nolan, MiMi, and Christine!!! We had such a great time!

Below is our family picture minus aunt cindy who was taking it. Mommy thought it was funny that this was her first corn maze and it was in AZ. She also thought it was funny that while grandma was visiting AZ she got to go in a corn maze! It's not like she doesn't get enough of that stuff in iowa!
