Now that I can open the cupboards and drawers, I find some great things to play with.

Just playing around

When we got home from Ames today, I just played and played and played. Tonight I decided to carry this thing in my mouth the entire time I was playing, I was practicing my 'fetch'


One of my favorite things to do is to wait until Grandma has picked up all my toys in this basket and then dump them all out! This is me taking everything out one by one. This is so fun.

Grandpa plays with me every night outside with Lucy. Mommy took this picture through a window so it is kind of fuzzy, but at least it shows how I spend my evenings. I love to play with the decoy, Lucy, the balls, the plants, papa, and especially leaves. I even get to eat some clover every once in awhile. I sure do love speding time with Papa. I never have to do girly things when he is taking care of me!

Mommy and Aunt Ashley

This fountain is in front of Memorial Union at ISU. Isn't the fountain amazing? I really wanted to take a swim, it was pretty hot out today but nothing like 113!

(PS, I have to mention that we did visit Aunt Abbie at Truman State on Sunday, but for some reason mommy forgot to take pictures. I am so sorry Aunt Abbie, I love you just as much as Aunt Ashley!)

Legends

Aunt Ashley showed us a cool resteraunt that was seven stories high! We got to sit by the window and look over the campus. It was pretty amazing, but I was so starving when I got there, that it took me awhile to enjoy the view.

This is just some of the floor under my highchair, I think I might have got some of the food to my tummy:) Don't worry, Grandma gave the waiter a BIG tip:)

ISU

Today we visited Aunt Ashley in Ames. We walked all around her campus. We had so much fun!

We are back with Papa and Grandma Lyn~ This is me and Lucy. She is now sharing her blanket with me. We have an understanding. I share my toys with her while Papi is gone and then she lets me play on her blanket. I love Lucy.

A New Friend

Yesterday, mommy and Grandma took us down to Mt. Pleasant Iowa to visit my new friend Carson. You may have noticed him on the links on the side of my blog. He was born the exact same day as I was! We share a birthday. Mommy had fun catching up with her friend Regan, and getting to know his wife Katie. We had such a good time.

This is Carson and I. You might notice I look very tired, Well I was. I did not sleep the entire two hour car ride down there and then I got to play in the nursery while mommy and grandma listened to Pastor Regan, and then I got to go play with Carson! Who needs naps anyways.

This is carson's toy that helps him to walk. He is very good at that, however I still would prefer to crawl. Carson is very good at sharing his toys.

All I have to say is thank goodness for this pacer! What would I do with out it.

Me and Buddy

Now that I have met Lucy (my papi's dog) I can totally dominate buddy. We have a fun time together, but I always end up winning! Here we are protecting the house together.

Feeding the Ducks

Last Thursday evening, grandma and grandpa Haberkorn took me to feed the ducks. I really liked them, and it was so amazing to see all the baby ducks. Mommy said they were babies like me, but I thought they weren't anything at all like me!

A Day At the Park

We are back in Cedar Rapids for a week, and today I got to go to the park with some friends. This is me and Greta. I liked her so much I gave her a soft head butt. That is my form of kissing. Kissing is way to girly for me.
A lot of the time I spent playing on the blanket, and I really thought this stroller was a great thing to play with.
Here is everyone, Ellie, Me, Greta, and Henry. Ellie is feeding me puffs, so she is my new best friend!
Mommy says I should enjoy being outside, because when we get back home it will be too hot to play outside:(

My Aunties

Both my Aunties were here today, and I loved them and missed them so much that I decided to skip my afternoon nap to be with them.

Grandpa's Gift

Grandpa got a new TV for father's Day, I really enjoyed playing with the box the most, but I did join Grandma and watched the new screen. It is really bright! I even sat on Grandma's lap for longer than a milisecond to watch!

Today we spent Father's day at Grandpa's. Here is Papa, mommy and my aunties. We had such a fun day, but I still really missed my daddy... So I thought I would tell him how much I missed him. Here is my card to you daddy I love you.

Bath time fun!

I sure do love taking a bath in the sink. I can stand up, splash, and get sprayed with a sprayer. Plus mommy always puts bubbles in my bath, and those are so fun to play with.

Dirty with the Guys

Dad's buddies came to visit me and mommy, and they took me to play outside while the girls were inside. Check out my knees and my feet! I was having much more fun than the girls! I love dirt.
