Anna and Momma's Curls

When Anna wakes up from her nap and is a little sweaty she gets some massive curls in the back!

Raymond Wildlife Area

Haberkorn + Harris = Adventure! This time around it was the Raymond wildlife area. On the internet it was advertised as having buffalo, prairie dogs and a plethora of other wildlife. However, after the 9 mile drive on a back dirt road no wild life did we see. However Luckily for us we just love being together and love the outdoors. It was a beautiful area and even though it was in the 90's we still hiked up the mini mountain.

Natalie Isaac and Jack

Here we are on the top of the mountain! Even Anna got to come. She loved the hike.
When we got home and actually read the brochure we got at the place it said now is the best time to see buffalo, just bring your blind and telescopic lens and come super early! Ha... I can just see us now. Shhh... children don't scare away the buffalo:)

4th of July in Winslow Arizona!

We love going to Winslow for the fourth of July! The fireworks show is a big production there. There is even a 'half time' so the launchers can cool down and then there is more. Isaac LOVED them. He was just staring at them and laughing in pure joy. It was way past Anna's bedtime, she did great the first half then fought conking out on my shoulder the second half. In the picture above is Jen Harris, Jack, Isaac, Ted Harris, and us. Fred, Jen's husband is taking the pic so we didn't get him in it. The other plus about Winslow is that it was actually kind of 'chilly'!!! YEAH we LOVE weather like that right now:) Of course our favorite part is our friends the Harris's

Waiting for the Fireworks.

First pic with my glasses:) I really only need to wear them in the dark and when I am watching TV or something.
Pure Aww..

Never a Dull Moment with the Harris's

Above: Sack Race Fun!!

Isaac 'winning' the egg spoon race he decided if he just held the egg on the spoon it was a lot easier:)

The Boys

Trying to get a nice picture of all the boys...Here is the result:)

Jonathan and Josiah are 4!!!

The boys all got to decorate their own cupcakes! They LOVED that.

I'm pretty sure there is no more room for any more sprinkles on this one!
YUMMY!!!

Party Games

Above everyone attempting to play BINGO. Still a hard concept for some, but they did enjoy stamping on their papers:)

Activity two: making mice out of their thumb prints. I was the adult who explained this activity and made sure to say "Choose only ONE finger and use ONLY that one" Hmmm... Look at everyone's papers. Who is the one child with an entire handprint on his paper?!?!? Also check out the background. Anna is climbing some more.
Love this pic, the boys are so excited for their cake:)

Our little Climber

Here is Anna at Jonathan and Josiah's b-day party:) First thing she did was proudly climb on top of the table:)

Saguaro Fruit

Matt brought home some Saguaro Fruit from one of his hikes. It is quite delicious! They grow at the very top of the cactus so he needs to use a huge stick to get them down.
